Preparation
Purée the strawberries and set them aside for now.
Use the lime to moisten the edge of the margarita glass.
Press the moistened glass rim into a plate sprinkled with sugar.
Measure out the strawberry syrup, tequila and orange liqueur and add to the cocktail shaker together with the puréed strawberries.
Also add the ice and sugar.
Finally, shake and serve the drink in the prepared cocktail bowl.
