Preparation
Cut the lime into pieces. Place lime pieces and sugar in a glass. Lightly crush the mint with your hands and add it to the glass. Mash limes, sugar, and mint with a muddler.
Add ice cubes and rum and stir. Top off with carbonated water.
Finally, decorate with mint.
