A classic cocktail, the Whiskey Sour is one of the sour cocktails. A combination of whiskey, lemon juice, sugar and sometimes egg white makes this drink a perfect mix of strong whiskey aroma, sweetness, and sourness.

Preparation
Add all ingredients, except the egg whites and ice cubes, to the shaker.
Shake for about 10 to 12 seconds. Make sure that the shaker is tightly closed.
Then add the ice cubes to the existing mixture and shake again for about 12 seconds.
Open the shaker and place the strainer upside down on the opening of the shaker. This creates foam when pouring into the whiskey glass.
The egg white can be added to the drink after mixing.
You can now decorate it as you please. For example, with a slice of lemon and ice cubes.
Cheers!
