Preparation
Squeeze one lime, which is about 30 milliliters of juice.
Add the Pisco to a cocktail shaker with the lime juice, sugar syrup, egg white and about a handful of ice cubes.
Shake the ingredients for at least ten seconds to half a minute.
Strain the mixture into a glass.
In a final step, add two to three dashes of Amargo Chuncho on top of the egg foam.
